Shipping:

Free express shipping is included with your CREATURE / OF purchase. Note that some international shipping destinations may incur additional customs charges upon arrival, depending on the country.

Tracking information is emailed to all customers. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder or contact customer@creatureof.com

Alterations:

If you find your pair of denim slightly off and are able to alter it locally, we can provide a partial refund of $20 with a receipt of your alteration. Please email customer@creatureof.com for more information.

Returns:

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our business, items can be returned for store credit only. Returns will be allowed up to 14 days from when the product was received. Timing will be tracked based on the date of your return shipping label.

Goods must be in original packaging, in sale condition and unworn. Tags must not be broken.

For customers in the United States and Canada, a return label will be provided to you free of charge. For customers outside the United States and Canada, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Your item will be processed within 5-7 business days upon arriving at our warehousing facility. Please also allow additional transit time for the goods to arrive. Once processed, you will receive an email with a unique code containing your store credit. Please apply this code in your account to activate the value.

WE RECOMMEND WASHING YOUR JEANS WITH COLD WATER AND INSIDE OUT TO PRESERVE COLOR. HANG DRY YOUR DENIM TO RETAIN THE PERFECT FIT.
